The Management of the Finnish Mount10 subsidiary participates in the Finnish company

Mount10 Holding AG announces that within the scope of a MBO the management of the Finnish Mount10 Software Oy (a distribution company in Finland) participates majoritarian in the Finnish subsidiary. After this transaction, Mount10 Holding AG will further be involved in the company with 40%.

Mount10 Software Oy is going to change its name to MultiCom Software Oy. The solution portfolio of MultiCom will be focused on the distribution of Mount10 software solutions in the range of Backup & Restore as well as Data Retention. In order to ensure to the customers a comprehensive system integration from one hand, MultiCom will furthermore sell the products of leading hardware manufacturers as part of the solution offers.

Mount10 Holding AG anticipates by this transaction a strengthening of potential growth as well as of the market presence of Mount10’s software products in Finland and in the other Nordic countries. In this scope a mid-term stabilization of the profit and loss calculation of Mount10 Holding AG is expected. Silence was agreed upon the modalities.
